The Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) and Iowa State University (ISU) Extension and Outreach have announced the release of a new publication titled Field Crop Insects for farmers to use as a reference tool to identify insects and pests found in soybean and corn.

The Cities of Ankeny, Des Moines, and Pleasant Hill are joining efforts to help the watershed of Fourmile Creek. The cities have arranged for their own clean-up site where volunteers will help clean up trash along the stream, in the park and in the water of Fourmile Creek within Heritage Park.
